This is not a pastry chef
or cake decorating job.
It is more like a Head Baker Job.
EXPERIENCED BAKER. Must know breads, rolls, cake setup,
holiday items, cookies, loaf cakes, muffins, brownies, and pastry supervision
and supervision of Danish, donuts, frycakes, and
coffee cakes.
Must also be able to deal with inventory and ordering.
Pay depending on experience and knowledge.
